What does the pilot valve of the pilot safety valve do?
Pilot safety valve is a kind of safety protection valve. Its opening and closing part is normally closed under the action of external force. When the medium pressure in the equipment or pipeline rises and exceeds the specified value, it will automatically open. By discharging the medium to the outside of the system, the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or equipment can be prevented from exceeding the specified value. In practical application, the pilot safety valve will not be opened first, but after the pressure balance is broken, the pilot valve and the connected main safety valve will be opened. The pilot valve is also called the auxiliary valve. The take-off process of pilot safety valve is that the pilot valve takes off first, and then the medium pressure above and below the main valve is destroyed because of the take-off of the pilot valve, which makes the main valve take off accordingly.
