Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Market Subjects in People's Republic of China (PRC) Article 19 The registration authority shall conduct formal examination of the application materials. Confirm that the application materials are complete, conform to the statutory form and register on the spot. If it cannot be registered on the spot, it shall be registered within 3 working days. If the situation is complicated, it may be extended for another 3 working days with the approval of the person in charge of the registration authority. If the application materials are incomplete or inconsistent with the statutory form, the registration authority shall inform the applicant of the materials that need to be supplemented at one time.
