Steel-making part: the converter adopts fully automatic operation, top-bottom combined blowing and supporting dust removal and environmental protection facilities to realize the production process of desulfurization pretreatment → converter converter →LF furnace refining →VD furnace vacuum degassing → continuous casting billet or die casting ingot. Continuous casting adopts advanced technologies such as on-line width adjustment of crystallizer, automatic control of liquid level, hydraulic vibration, electromagnetic stirring in secondary cooling zone, dynamic water distribution and dynamic soft reduction. Die casting adopts flat ingot mold casting process.
Steel rolling: New technologies such as hydraulic AGC roller positioning, heavy-duty pusher, laser thickness measurement, ACC cooling control, CVC shape control and online automatic detection are adopted in both rolling lines. The shearing line consists of hydraulic double-sided shears, cut-to-length shears, finished product thickness gauges and other equipment, and is equipped with testing equipment such as temperature measurement, pressure measurement, speed measurement and flatness measurement. The 3800mm rolling mill adopts heavy-duty vertical roll and bending roll devices, with rolling force of 9600 tons, stiffness 10000 and maximum opening1200mm; . Heat treatment can realize quenching, tempering, tempering, normalizing, annealing and other processes to meet the special requirements of customers for various steel plates.
