I just passed the patent agent exam this year, and now I work in a technology company, doing project and intellectual property management. What is the prospect of changing to an agency?

This career change is great. If you have laid a good foundation in your present job, you don't need to go to Party B (the agency). It will take several years for the agency work to be effective, and the competition in the agency industry is fierce. Newcomers have no experience and can't do invalid infringement cases with relatively large profits. So be careful. If you want to change careers as an agent, I suggest you go to the big office and prepare for a long-term struggle. It must be more difficult than your present job.
