I want to know about the patent agent exam. I think I took the exam three times. The only thing I don't understand is how to live. I heard that the total score of the first two exams exceeded 150, and I need to pass the third exam.
Hello, at present, the method of agent examination is to use the sum of patent legal knowledge and related legal knowledge (called "legal knowledge" part) to determine a score line, and the patent agency practice (called "agency practice" part) to determine a score line separately, and double qualified scores are preferred. Every year, according to the actual needs of patent work and the difficulty of the examination questions in that year, the Patent Agent Examination Committee determines the qualified scores of the legal knowledge part and the agency practice part respectively.
If the examinee's test scores of legal knowledge or agency practice in that year passed the qualified score line, the office of the jury will issue the qualified report, and the qualified record will be valid for three years from that year. Candidates need to make up the exam in the next two years and pass another part of the exam. Candidates who fail the two-part exam within three years and take the exam again will be recalculated for the record period of qualified scores.
I hope it helps you ~
