Second, the manuscript requirements

Comments, monographs and expert forums are manuscripts, and other columns are free contributions. Priority for publication of papers: (1) papers funded by natural science or medical and health funds at or above the provincial level; (2) Papers on key research projects; (3) The contents of the report belong to leading papers at home and abroad; (4) Papers with important guiding significance or widely cited value after publication.

1 writing requirements

1. 1 General requirements: scientific and practical. The arguments are clear, the information is reliable, the data is accurate, and the words are fluent and concise. The paper should have structured Chinese and English abstracts, keywords, preface, data and methods, results, discussions, references and other columns, and the length should not exceed 6000 words; The abstract does not exceed 6500 words; Short stories should not exceed 2000 words; The case report shall not exceed 1 1,500 words; Papers in other columns should not exceed 3500 words.

1.2 Chart requirements: The charts should be few and precise, and can be explained in words without charts. The chart should speak for itself. The map width should be controlled within 6cm×5 cm (double column) or 14cm×5 cm (single column). Each chart and table occupies one page, attached to the text, and continuously coded in the order in which it appears in the text. Each chart should be accompanied by a chart title and a table title, and the chart title and table title should not exceed 2 lines as far as possible. Explanatory materials should be placed in the notes below the chart, and abbreviations used in the chart should be indicated in the notes. The title and text description of the chart are all in Chinese. For a table with three horizontal lines, the same item (indicator) data in the table requires the same number of decimal places.

1.3 statistical symbols: written in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB 3358-82 statistical terms and symbols, all in italics, with clear capitalization. Common symbols: (1) x(__) is the arithmetic average; (2) The standard deviation is S (English tendency); (3) Standard misuse of sx(__) (English italics); (4) t (English oblique) is a t test; (5) F (Inclination) is used for variance test; (6) 2 (small inclination) for chi-square test; (7) u (British oblique) is a U test; (8) The correlation coefficient is r (British tendency); (9) The degree of freedom is υ (the inclination angle is expected to be small); (10) probability band p (British oblique); (1 1) The sample number is n (English italics), and statistics such as t value, 2 value and f value should be listed.

1.4 medical terms: 1989 and later medical terms approved and published by the National Committee for the Examination and Approval of Natural Science Terms shall be subject to the terms of related disciplines published by Science Press, and the unpublished English-Chinese medical terms published by People's Health Publishing House shall prevail. Chinese drug names should use the names in the Pharmacopoeia 1995 (legal drugs) or the Glossary of Drug Names (non-legal drugs) edited by the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health, while English drug names should use international drug names, not trade names. The naming principle of anatomy is that the attributive of position and organ comes first, then the attributive of shape and nature. The attributive of action is close to nominative nouns, such as common bile duct and levator ani (levator ani). Discard anatomical terms named after people, such as myocardial conduction (Purkinje's field) fiber, ampulla of biliary orifice (Vater) and sphincter of biliary orifice (Oddi). "He/or" is an and/or translation of foreign books and periodicals, which is not in line with Chinese habits and should be changed to "He/or".

1.5 Abbreviations: When English abbreviations appear for the first time, the Chinese full name and English abbreviations should be written in brackets and separated by commas. Unless otherwise specified, all English full names are in lowercase and abbreviations are in uppercase. Abbreviations are not allowed to move. The titles of foreign periodicals are abbreviated. Please refer to Medline database for abbreviations.

1.6 unit of measurement: adopt the international system of units and follow the national standards of quantity and unit (GB 3 100-93, GB 3 102-93). For the parameter range with the same unit, just write the unit of the following parameter, such as 36 ~ 42. In the percentage range, the percent sign of the previous parameter cannot be omitted, and it should be written as 53% ~ 78%. When the units of parameters and their deviations are the same, write the numbers in brackets, and write the units outside brackets, such as (1015) g, (40.5 1.5) years old; When indicating the percentage deviation from the central value, it should be written as (27 2)%. 5 cm long, 3 cm wide and 2 cm high, which should be 5 cm× 3 cm× 2 cm. Our magazine has agreed that unit symbols should be used when representing a period of time. The symbols of time units all adopt the national legal units of measurement: H (hour), min (minute), S (second), D (day), year, month and week are non-legal units of measurement, and they are still expressed in Chinese characters. "Every day" still uses "every day" instead of "every d"; The next day still uses "the next day" instead of "the next day"

1.7 digital usage: it conforms to the provisions of GB/T 15835- 1995 on digital usage in publications. As Chinese morphemes, they are represented by Chinese characters such as carbon tetrachloride, carbon dioxide, aluminum oxide and duodenal ulcer. Chinese characters are used to express the approximate number and the approximate number of phrases with meanings such as events and festivals, such as the ninth five-year plan, the fifth six-year plan and the third five-day plan. Numbers, ordinal numbers and numbers in statistics, including edition, volume number and page number in quotations (except that ancient books should be consistent with their editions), all use Arabic numerals. Arabic numerals are used in centuries and decades. The effective digits of the percentage are determined according to the denominator, that is, ≤ 100, the percentage is divided into single digits, the denominator is 10 1 ~ 1 000, the percentage is divided into decimal places 1 digit, and so on. Arabic numerals before and after the decimal point are separated by 1/4 Chinese characters every three digits, and cannot be changed.

1.8 punctuation: it meets the requirements of GB/T 15834- 1995 punctuation usage.

1.9 foreign characters: pay attention to the size, italics and upper and lower corner marks. The use scope of orthography: (1) symbols of measurement units and SI (International System of Units) prefixes; (2) Chemical element symbols, Arabic numerals and Roman numerals; (3) particle and ray symbols; (4) Models of instruments, components and samples; (5) dimensional symbols, such as t (the dimension of time); (6) Foreign abbreviations and symbols. Application scope of italics: (1) symbols such as absorbed dose D, irradiation dose X, variables X, Y and Z are all italicized; (2) Latin scientific names of the following genera in biology; (3) Optical rotation, molecular configuration, conformation and position symbols of substituents in chemistry, such as l- (levorotatory).

2 paper format

2. 1 Title: accurate, concise, easy to read, with standardized words, generally no more than 20 words. Try not to use subheadings, Arabic numerals, codes and trade names. If it is a fund-supported project, please indicate it directly in the footnote at the bottom of the left column on page 1. Format: This project has been supported by the ×××× Fund (fund number ×××). Please attach a copy of the fund certificate when submitting your donation.

2.2 Author: The author's signature should not be too much, mainly limited to those who participate in the research work and can answer questions related to the article, who are responsible for the content of the paper and finally agree to the publication of the article. Those who only participate in obtaining funds or collecting data cannot be listed as authors, and general managers who only engage in scientific research and design should not be listed as authors, but can be included in the thank-you section together with other people who have contributed to the research (the thank-you content comes before the references). If there are foreign authors, their consent should be sought and a confirmation letter should be attached. The order of authors' names should be determined at the time of submission and should not be changed during the arrangement. The number of signed authors of the paper shall not exceed 9, and other columns shall not exceed 5.

2.3 Author's unit: use the full name, subject to the name of the unit on the official seal of the unit's letter of introduction, and indicate it in the footnote "Supported Project" in the lower left column of 1 page. Format: postal code, name of province and city, full name of author (author's name 1, author's name 2, ...); Authors from different units provide the above information at the same time, and the format is the same as before. The figures in military hospitals are all Arabic figures. If the first author has an email, please attach the email address and contact number.

2.4 Abstract: The paper must be accompanied by an abstract. Structured abstract should include four elements: purpose, method, result and conclusion. The full names of symbols or abbreviations that should be self-evident, non-segmented, and not well-known and recognized should be written when they first appear. Charts, formulas, references and serial numbers should not be used. The full text does not exceed 400 words.

2.5 Keywords: 3-8 keywords should be attached to the thesis, and the standardized words (called narrative words or subject words) listed in the medical thesaurus (MeSH) and the China Thesaurus compiled by the National Medical Library as far as possible, and the main free words and important terms in new disciplines and technologies not included in the MeSH Thesaurus can be used as keywords.

2.6 Introduction: Briefly explain the research background, purpose, significance and topic selection ideas, and point out the starting time of the research. There is no title and serial number in the introduction.

2.7 Text: Generally, it should include three parts: data and methods, results and discussion. The serial numbers of each part are represented by Arabic numerals, such as "1", "2", "2. 1", "2. 1" and so on. After the classification exceeds the third level, it is indicated by brackets, such as "(1)" and "(2)", and arranged in a row.

2.7. 1 data (materials or objects) and methods: the subjects should clearly explain the selection criteria (diagnosis, classification, staging criteria, time range), general data and main clinical features, grouping conditions (grouping principles, controlled selection, data of each group, etc.). ), experimental materials (animal species, sex, weight, specimen collection method); The research data shall describe the instruments and equipment (scale, model, performance and manufacturer) and pharmaceutical reagents (batch number, dosage form, dosage and manufacturer). Methods The research procedure (treatment method, operation steps and matters needing attention), observation items (observation method, evaluation index, curative effect standard and normal value setting) and statistical processing (data collection, statistical method and evaluation standard) should be described. There is no need to describe the disclosed and well-known methods; For published but not yet familiar methods, a brief explanation and literature basis should be provided; New or greatly improved methods should be introduced in detail.

2.7.2 Results: The narrative should be true, accurate and specific. It should include experimental observation results, curative effect, follow-up results and statistical analysis results.

2.7.3 Discussion: The discussion content includes the explanation of the results, appropriate literature comparison, reasonable conclusion deduction and appropriate evaluation explanation, which should be closely combined with the research results to avoid comprehensive discussion without substantive content or repeated results as the discussion content.

2.8 References: References that cite other people's data in the paper should be provided, and the references provided should be read by the author himself, and indirect references are not encouraged. Give priority to the literature in the last 3-5 years, with no more than 10 papers and no more than 20 summaries, so we must pay attention to accuracy and completeness. This journal uses a sequential coding system to record references, and marks them with Arabic numerals according to the order in which they appear in the paper. Description format:
