5. After meal ladder has been running for a period of time, in case of poor leveling, first check whether the braking gap of the traction machine is correct and whether the clamping screw is loose, and then adjust the position of the leveling magnetic sensor to ensure the accuracy of leveling.
6. When the landing door is stuck or can't be opened in the operation of meal ladder, check the gap between the landing door lock and the landing door slider to see if there is any fault or the landing door is tilted and stuck, or the door rope falls off from the pulley groove.
7. If the landing door in meal ladder is opened or closed, and the occupancy indicator light does not change accordingly, check whether the door interlock switch is faulty.

Secondly, the elevator should pay attention to the following aspects during use:
A, the general requirements of elevator use:
1. The sundry elevator is controlled by the button outside the hall, without the driver's control. The elevator should be managed by designated personnel. Managers should undergo training and technical examination, and must be familiar with and master the performance of the elevators used.
2. The management personnel shall report the elevator operation and existing problems to the maintenance personnel in time, and shall cooperate with and obey the instructions of the maintenance personnel in the process of maintenance and repair.
3. The elevator machine room should be managed by special personnel, the door of the machine room should be locked, and the machine room should be kept clean. Do not pile up sundries, especially flammable items, and do not accommodate personnel.
4. Non-maintenance personnel and management personnel are not allowed to enter the machine room, car roof and pit casually.
There should be a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher in the computer room.
6. If the elevator stops using for a long time, the power switch of the machine room should be turned off, and the management personnel will drive the elevator away from the ground floor during the typhoon.
7. Managers and users should strictly control the load of the elevator and not overload it.
Second, the matters needing attention when using the elevator:
1. Before use, check whether the door electric lock is invalid and whether the order registration outside the hall is executed correctly.
2. The lighting equipment in the car must have proper brightness, and the elevator must turn on the lighting equipment during use.
3. It is not allowed to block the door interlock and door electric lock switch with any sundries, otherwise it will fail and be frequently connected.
4. No other objects are allowed to be placed at the top of the car except the maintenance personnel during maintenance.
5. The load should be placed in the middle of the carriage as safely as possible, and the object should be prevented from toppling during operation.
Three, when the elevator fails to stop using, timely notify the maintenance personnel:
1. When the elevator hall door is not closed and the command button outside the hall is registered, the elevator cannot be started.
2. When the car exceeds the working position of the terminal under normal load and continues to run until the limit switch is turned on, the car will stop running.
3. When touching any metal part of the elevator, if there is electric shock.
4. When the electrical components are found to be insulated, the burnt smell will be generated due to overheating.
5. After the hall door is closed, press the floor selection button, but the elevator can't start normally.
6. When the car is running, if abnormal noise, vibration and impact are found.
