The motor, the transmission device and the roller device are fixed on the base through bolt connection. The brake steel belts of the left and right hand manual brakes respectively support the brake wheel and the internal gear, and the brake handle and the brake seat are welded on the base. When working, the motor transmits power to the transmission through the coupling, and the output gear of the transmission meshes with the big gear ring on the drum to drive the drum to run.

(1) The whole machine is reasonable in layout, novel and compact in structure, small in volume and small in floor space, and the power input direction is perpendicular to the drum shaft. It can realize bidirectional operation, continuous transportation, long transportation distance and high efficiency.
(2) The winch adopts a new transmission device with originality. The transmission has dual functions of deceleration and braking, basically symmetrical structure, elegant appearance, reasonable arrangement of internal parts and compact structure. The output is driven by gear meshing, which is different from the previous shaft output. In this way, the coupling device between the transmission output shaft and the drum shaft can be reduced, and the transmission links can be reduced. Gear meshing transmission is adopted, which has high transmission efficiency. It is a new type of reducer with high efficiency, large speed ratio and large bearing capacity.
(3) The manual braking function is added, and the safety and reliability are greatly improved. The braking device is arranged in the middle of the transmission, and the rotating speed of the braking wheel and the internal gear of the planetary transmission is relatively high. Compared with the braking device with a brake wheel and a brake drum as a whole, the required braking force is greatly reduced. This specific reduction is related to the transmission ratio of the last gear meshing, and the diameter of the brake wheel is also reduced. In this way, the braking function can be realized with less braking force, and the safety and reliability of operation are improved. At the same time, due to the smaller braking force, the force on the brake band is also smaller, the wear is reduced and the service life is prolonged. The brake handle device is located at the tail of the winch, which is simple and convenient to operate.
(4) The drum structure is symmetrically arranged and supported on the drum shaft by a pair of self-aligning roller bearings, which has good supporting effect, high supporting rigidity and stable operation. Moreover, the main shaft of the drum is the main shaft and does not bear dynamic load, which greatly reduces the requirements for the strength and rigidity of the shaft, thus reducing the process links, saving materials and reducing the cost.
