Who invented the USB flash drive?
Deng Guoshun, 1967 was born in Shimen County, Changde City, Hunan Province, and graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a bachelor's degree in computer science. Later, he obtained a master's degree from Beijing Computer Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences and worked for Lenovo. In the early 1990s, he studied in Singapore and served as the system manager of Philips Asia Pacific. Later, at 1999 * *, we developed the world's first USB flash drive with John Cheng and named it Deng Guoshun. In the same year, he returned to China to start a business and established Shenzhen Netac Technology Co., Ltd., and has been the president. In July, 2002, Netac officially obtained the invention patent of "flash disk" authorized by China National Intellectual Property Administration, which filled the gap of invention patent in the field of computer storage in China for 20 years and was the only computer hardware invention in China.
