What are the main mechanical parts in the fish?

The main components provided by the system are made of high-quality nylon plastic, and the auxiliary materials are made of stainless steel core aluminum alloy frames. It has the characteristics of high strength, convenient processing and manufacturing, good plastic toughness and good wear resistance. Patent design of dovetail groove in component industry, six-sided splicing, unique design can realize arbitrary combination and expansion.

1 column

Columns are mainly used to fix the support and stabilize the structure. As shown in figure 1-78, it can be assembled from six sides, and the types are mainly distinguished according to different lengths. A column with a hole in the middle can be used as a support for the shaft.

One side of the board has a smooth surface, which can reduce friction, and is usually used for making platforms and appearance decoration. The plate is thin and flaky, and its type can be distinguished according to its length and width, as shown in figure 1-79.

The block is slightly thicker than the plate, which is similar to the role of a column, but it cannot be assembled on six sides due to the shape limitation, as shown in figure 1-80. It is mainly used for fixing and robot entity building, and can be used in different parts according to different shapes and angles to produce different appearance effects.

The periphery of the wheel is round, which is mainly used for rolling, as shown in figure 1-8 1. According to the diameter and material, it can be divided into pulleys, wheels and tires. In addition, the special shapes of some wheel structures can also be used to achieve special functions. If equipped with a sensor, the number of revolutions of the shaft can be recorded.

Five axes

The shaft is mainly used to connect various moving parts. The main structure is a slender rod with a round cross section, which can be classified according to its length. In addition, there is a shaft with a fixed pinion, as shown in figure 1-82, which can be used together with motors and gearboxes and is an essential component for transmitting power.

6 shaft sleeve

Ordinary shaft sleeve is a short cylinder with a round hole, as shown in figure 1-83, which can be sleeved on the shaft and is mainly used to fix the parts on the shaft. There is also a special shaft sleeve in Yu Hui assembly, as shown in figure 1-84. Parts in the left and right columns are used in pairs. By rotating and fastening them on the shaft, basic components such as themselves or gears can be fixed on the shaft and rotate with the shaft. Be sure to tighten it when installing, otherwise it will slip.

Seventh gear

Gears are mainly used for transmission, as shown in figure 1-85, which can be used to change the transmission direction or speed. Mainly according to the modulus and diameter, gears with the same modulus and different diameters can mesh with each other.

8-hole strip

The hole rod is a kind of strip-shaped member with uniform assembly holes in the middle, as shown in figure 1-86. It can be used to support the shaft and connecting rod, and can also be used as an external decoration. When the load is relatively light, it can also share the work of the column appropriately, and the application range is relatively wide.

9 connector

A single connector is usually relatively small, as shown in figure 1-87, and plays a connecting role in the structure. It can connect different fish components, such as columns, blocks and shafts. There are two kinds of fixed connection and movable connection, which can be used for axial extension, joint movement and component fixation.
