Is the 5-gallon syrup bucket used by Coca-Cola or Pepsi a patent?

Coca-Cola's appearance and trademark were patented. It is obviously an infringement to use it without the authorization of Coca-Cola or Pepsi. However, if you can produce the same product of Coca-Cola alone, it is not infringement, because the formula of Coca-Cola has not been patented at all. But even if the product is exactly the same as Coca-Cola, its trademark, Chinese, foreign language and packaging form cannot be used.
