Versuni is a Philips home appliance independent from the Philips system.
Versuni is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It is a global enterprise integrating innovative research and development, manufacturing, sales and service, with footprints in more than 100 countries. The company holds more than 900 patents and its product portfolio covers five major categories: kitchen appliances, home coffee, floor cleaning, air purification and clothing care.
The birth of the new company name Versuni marks a new milestone for Philips Home Appliances since it separated from Royal Philips in September 2021 and was acquired by the global investment company Hillhouse Capital. Hillhouse Capital helps companies achieve long-term sustainable growth through digital innovation and empowerment. Starting in 2023, Versuni will promote and use a new and unique corporate image globally.
