Order No. 306 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 95th Executive Meeting of the State Council on December 30, 2009, and came into effect on February 1, 2010. These detailed rules are formulated in accordance with the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China. Various procedures stipulated in the Patent Law and these Rules shall be completed in writing or in other forms prescribed by the patent administration department of the State Council.
