When doing woodwork, the first step is to make the base layer.

Acceptance standards for wooden base layers
A. The distribution spacing of the suspenders is ≤800mm. The suspenders must be vertical and have sufficient bearing capacity. It is strictly prohibited to pull them at an angle;
B. The distance between the boom and the end of the main keel shall not exceed 300mm. When it is greater than 300mm, a boom should be added;
C. The distance between the main keels of the suspended ceiling is 800-1200mm, and the main keels should be parallel to The room should be arranged in the length direction;
D. The distance between auxiliary keels is 400mm-500mm, preferably 300-400mm in humid areas and places;
E. The side keels are installed with expansion bolts. The spacing is 800mm-1000mm;
Acceptance standards for wood veneer
A. The spacing between self-tapping screws is 20cm. The painter must apply anti-rust paint after entering the site, and the screw caps are embedded in plaster. The paper surface is 0.5-1mm;
B. The paper surface must not be crushed, such as the surrounding 5mm patch. The distance between the screws and the edge of the gypsum board is 20mm;
C. Leave a 2-3mm expansion joint between the gypsum board and the gypsum board. The gypsum board joint should be on the keel, and the edges should be processed into a "V" shape The seam width is about 10mm;
D. The seams of the wooden panels are tight, smooth, no damage, no scratches, and no obvious color difference;
E. 2M check the smoothness with a ruler The degree is 3mm, and the gypsum board joint is located on the keel;
F. "L"-shaped cutting at the corner, with a length of not less than 300mm to prevent cracking;
G. Both sides of the keel frame The surface layer and bottom layer of gypsum board and double-layer gypsum board should be connected with staggered joints, and the joints should be on the keel;
