1. Party A guarantees that Party B enjoys the exclusive agency right (processing contracting right) in a specific area, and authorizes Party B to be responsible for the production, operation and management of all processing points in this area.
2. Party A shall provide raw materials according to the time, quantity, quality and specifications agreed by both parties. Party B shall not assume any responsibility for the raw materials processed on its behalf.
