In martial arts, whether at home or abroad, or Shaolin, Taiji, Xingyiquan, Bagua and Ground Boxing, most China people emphasize a personal hobby when practicing, and they follow the principle of keeping fit. But in practice, we know that the soul of martial arts is martial arts, which requires that there are no people like hands in front of us, and every move and style also embodies martial arts. Without Wushu, Wushu loses its soul. Boxing without attack and defense function cannot be called martial arts. Wushu confrontation has its own characteristics and laws. It is a combination of offensive and defensive advances and retreats, leaps and leaps, ups and downs of body posture and skills, and antagonistic movements of legs and wrestling. In Wushu, strength, speed, skill and spiritual consciousness constitute the basic elements of confrontation and are the true face of Wushu.
