2. Application submission and review
When the required information is ready, you can submit a patent application to the Dutch patent management department and pay the relevant fees. 3. Registration and publicity
After passing the examination, the Dutch Patent Administration will issue a patent registration certificate to the applicant and publish the patent in the official patent publication.
