2. Seed treatment. In order to eliminate the virus carried by seeds, seed treatment is feasible. Soak the seeds in warm soup: soak the seeds in warm water at about 50℃ 15-30 minutes. Dry heat disinfection: put the dried seeds in an incubator and keep them at 75℃ for 72 hours.
3. Land selection. We should avoid continuous cropping and deep ploughing, apply sufficient organic fertilizer and increase phosphorus and potassium fertilizer to promote the healthy growth of plants and improve their disease resistance. Spraying 200g/mu of no-tillage soil conditioner before planting can promote the deep soil to be loose and permeable, which is beneficial to the growth and development of roots.
4. Raise seedlings. Seedling temperature should be appropriate, and seedlings are prone to disease. Less damage to the roots during transplanting can promote the delay of seedlings and reduce the incidence.
5. On-site management. When planting, choose healthy seedlings without diseases and eliminate sick seedlings. When pruning, harrowing, harvesting and other field operations, you should always wash your hands with soapy water for disinfection to minimize the spread of artificial juice. Tobacco has a virus, so smoking is forbidden. Clean up the fields in time and remove the diseased plants. Sick plants should be buried deep or burned to reduce the source of the disease. After planting seedlings slowly, don't squat too much. In the hot and dry season, a small amount of water should be used to keep the field moist and reduce the ground temperature. Topdressing by stages and increasing the application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer.
