Adopting 8 ~ 28 mm microporous aeration and oxygenation device can widely meet the needs of oxygenation and water quality improvement under various breeding conditions. In the matching selection of fans, low-pressure and large-volume fans are adopted, and the speed is set to 1400 rpm. The fan and motor are driven by belt, which is convenient to use and maintain. The main pipe is made of PVC plastic pipe, and the branch pipe is made of PVC plastic or rubber pipe with low price. The indirect end of the pipeline adopts copper joint, which is anticorrosive, antirust and good in sealing.
(2) micropore aeration and oxygenation equipment
The microporous pipeline oxygenation system consists of a main engine and a main pipeline.
① Main engine: Roots blower is selected because it has the characteristics of long service life, high gas supply pressure, stable gas supply and strong operation reliability. Roots blower is made in China, with 7.5kW, 5.5kW, 3.7kW and 2.2kW models.
② Main pipeline: There are two options, one is galvanized pipe and the other is PVC pipe. Because Roots blower outputs high-pressure airflow, the pressure is very high. Most farmers use galvanized pipes and PVC pipes alternately, which not only ensures safety but also reduces costs.
③ Inflatable tubes: There are three main types, namely PVC tubes, aluminum-plastic tubes and microporous tubes (also called nanotubes), among which PVC tubes and nanotubes are the main ones.
