Where does Yangjiang apply for a patent?

All patents in China are applied to the China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office, and after the application, the procedures related to the patent itself, including the reply of examination opinions, patent authorization and registration, are also handled by the China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office. Only some local policy procedures related to patents will be handled by the relevant departments of local governments, including patent award and reward. And most of them are local intellectual property offices or science and technology bureaus (basically all intellectual property offices are under the control of science and technology bureaus).
