2.2. 1 name
The name of the invention or utility model should be concise and clear, and written in the upper center of the text on the first page of the specification.
The name of the invention or utility model shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The name of the invention or utility model in the specification shall be the same as the name in the request, generally not exceeding 25 words. Under special circumstances, such as some applications in the field of chemistry, it may be allowed within 40 words;
(2) Use technical terms commonly used in the technical field, preferably those in the international patent classification table, and non-technical terms are not allowed;
(3) clearly, briefly and comprehensively reflect the theme and type (product or method) of the invention or utility model to be protected, so as to facilitate the classification of patent applications. For example, the application name of two inventions, including zipper product and zipper manufacturing method, should be written as "zipper and its manufacturing method";
(four) shall not use the name, place name, trademark, model or commodity name, and shall not use commercial advertising terms.
