I am a graduate student in bioengineering and want to take the national patent agent certificate. Can I get a second law degree before that? Is it difficult?

I have obtained the patent agent qualification certificate, and I can give you some advice.

The special agent qualification examination consists of three papers, including patent legal knowledge, relevant legal knowledge and patent agency practice. Because I didn't graduate from law major, I should learn legal knowledge from scratch. Getting a second degree in law is not the key issue, but you should study law.

In the past two years, the annual pass rate of special students has been around 20, which is much higher than the previous pass rate. As long as you work hard, you will pass the exam.

Good luck.
