Bose's first truly wireless headset SoundSport Free appeared on stage.

At the end of September last year, it announced the launch of the first real wireless headset SoundSport Free. At the same time, it also launched an upgraded full-face headset QC35 II that supports Google Assistant digital assistant service. Bose demonstrated these two new headphones in Taiwan Province (1/30) today, and simultaneously demonstrated the digital assistant services such as IPX7 waterproof function, answering incoming calls, connecting Siri and so on, as well as the mini Bluetooth speaker SoundLink Micro launched last year.

The appearance of SoundSport Free is somewhat similar to that of SoundSport series headphones. It is designed in the form of true wireless headphones, so in order to accommodate larger battery capacity, the body of the headphones appears larger, but it also retains the unique silicone ear-fixing design of Bose series in-ear headphones to avoid accidental sliding of the headphones. At the same time, the patented StayHear+ sports earplugs correspond to the comfort of wearing for a long time.

SoundSport Free itself can also correspond to the protection effect of IPX4 to prevent water and sweat corrosion, and it can be used continuously for 5 hours when fully charged, while the carrying case with storage and charging function adopts a cylindrical design, which can extend the extra 10 hour power consumption time of headphones.

Bose said that SoundSport Free adopts a brand-new signal connection system, which will ensure the stable connection between the two earphone units, while maintaining the maximum use distance of about 9 meters from the connected equipment. Even if the pocket and backpack are separated, it can maintain a clear listening effect. And you can quickly establish a connection through Bose's exclusive Connect App, and you can also enable the digital assistant service on the mobile device accordingly.

At present, Bose has confirmed that the SoundSport Free true wireless headset will be launched on February 7, and the suggested price is NT$ 9,500, which is available in three colors: black, midnight blue/lemon yellow and bright orange/midnight blue.

In addition to maintaining the same appearance as the previous model, the updated QC35 II exhibited in Taiwan Province mainly adds independent buttons and supports the quick start of Google Assistant digital assistant function, so that users can listen to mobile phone messages and news content through headphones or play music through voice control commands. However, at present, Google Assistant's digital assistant service is still only available in countries and regions that have already opened up, such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Britain and Germany. If users don't want to use Google Assistant service, they can also specify independent buttons as noise reduction function switches.

At the same time, the mini Bluetooth speaker SoundLink Micro displayed in this activity provides IPX7 waterproof design function and digital assistant service functions such as answering incoming calls and connecting Siri, which users can easily carry with them by virtue of its lightweight body. Compared with the previous design of Bose speaker accessories, SoundLink Micro also adopts micro passive * * * vibration dual mode and brand-new sensor element design, thus providing stable and loud sound reinforcement effect. At the same time, the built-in rechargeable battery can last for up to 6 hours, and it can also correspond to the immersion protection effect. The soft silicone shell can prevent scratching, impact and dust, and you don't even have to worry about the damage caused by impact or fall.
