When was the last revision of China's patent law?

1. The latest revised Patent Law was adopted at the 6th meeting of the 11th NPC Standing Committee on February 27th, 2008, and came into force on June 30th, 2009.

Two. Timetable for formulation and amendment of patent law:

1,1March, 984 12 was adopted at the fourth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth NPC.

2. The first revision was made according to the Decision on Amending the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) issued by the 27th meeting of the Seventh NPC Standing Committee on September 4th, 65438.

3. The second amendment was made according to the Decision on Amending the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) at the 17th meeting of the NPC Standing Committee on August 25th, 2000.

4. The third amendment was made according to the Decision on Amending the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) No.65438 of the Sixth Session of the 11th NPC Standing Committee on February 27th, 2008.
