Registration materials
When registering, the applicant should fill in or upload the following materials:
1.？ 2022 Patent Agent Qualification Examination Registration Form and Patent Agent Qualification Pre-application Form.
2.？ A scanned copy of my valid ID card.
Applicants should upload their ID cards or scanned copies of China people's passports when registering.
Applicants in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region should upload a scanned copy of the Hong Kong permanent identity card at the time of registration, and upload a scanned copy of the Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit (home visit permit) or the passport of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
Applicants from the Macao Special Administrative Region should upload a scanned copy of the Macao permanent identity card, a Hong Kong and Macao resident's travel permit (home visit permit) or a scanned copy of the passports of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and China Special Administrative Regions when applying for registration.
When applying for registration in Taiwan Province Province, the applicant should upload a scanned copy of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and a scanned copy of Taiwan Province resident ID card. If it is not possible to upload mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, it shall upload Taiwan Province resident ID card and household registration transcript or household registration book.
3.？ A scanned copy of my education/degree certificate.
Applicants should upload a scanned copy of their academic qualifications/degree certificates or an electronic copy of the certification certificate of China Higher Education Student Information Network or an electronic copy of the certification certificate of China Degree and Postgraduate Education Information Network.
Those who register with the academic degree certificate of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning shall upload a scanned copy of the academic degree certificate of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. If the academic qualifications and degree certificates are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation shall be attached, and the Chinese translation need not be notarized.
4.？ Electronic photos of my bareheaded certificate with blue background in the last three months. The specific requirements are as follows:
(1) The photo size is 48mm×33mm, the portrait head width is 2 1 mm-24 mm, and the head length is 28mm-33mm；;
(2) Requirements for electronic parts: JPG format, file size between 30k- 120k, resolution of 300dpi, width of 390 pixels and height of 567 pixels.
This photo will be the only photo of my qualification examination, admission ticket and patent agent qualification certificate. In order to ensure the accuracy of image recognition, the background color of photos should meet the requirements of standard blue background photos, and photos with severe stretching should not be used.
