Who owns the intellectual property rights at the county level?
According to relevant national laws and regulations, county-level intellectual property rights are administered by the county press and publication bureau and prosecuted in county-level courts. Applications for national unification shall be handled in the Patent Office, Copyright Bureau and Trademark Office. However, at present, the county-level administrative and court personnel are insufficient and lack of professional talents, which are generally handed over to the prefecture-level administrative or court management.
