Method 1. Inform the other party of the infringement and demand an immediate stop of the infringement
2. Ask the local Intellectual Property Office to handle the matter (including stopping the infringement and compensating for the loss)
3. File a lawsuit with the court with jurisdiction over the location where the manufacturer of the infringing product is located or where the infringing product is sold. The court with jurisdiction refers to the Intermediate People's Court in the city where the provincial capital is located and the Intermediate People's Court in some larger approved cities
