Filling method
The filling method is suitable for wide cracks (greater than 0.5mm), and materials such as cement mortar, epoxy mortar and polymer cement mortar can be used for filling. For corrosion cracks in steel bars, rust removal is required before filling. The live joint treatment is more ingenious, and the slotted gasket can be slotted, and the caulking material is not easy to be torn apart.
injection process
Injection method can repair different cracks by pressure injection and vacuum suction. Pressure grouting method is suitable for deep and thin cracks, and vacuum gas injection method can form vacuum grouting and is suitable for surface cracks. There are many grouting materials to choose from, such as cement slurry and epoxy resin slurry.
Surface covering method
Surface covering method can repair micro-cracks by coating film on the surface, which is waterproof and can improve durability. According to the purpose and environment of repair, some or all cracks are coated. There are various materials, such as elastic coating waterproof material, polymer cement slurry, polymer film and so on. Coarsening, cleaning, drying, coating and filling pores are completed in one step.
