In the major technical transformation work of Wuhan subway power supply, he bravely shouldered heavy burdens and dared to take responsibility. In the renovation project of the internal board circuit of the protection device of Wuhan Metro 1 Line 10 kV, Sun Ke overcame the technical monopoly and tight supply of goods, and led the technical team to overcome difficulties. Aiming at the qualitative and quantitative problem of the original test instrument for current increment protection (DDL protection) of switchgear, in order to simulate the actual fault more accurately and improve the accuracy of protection, Sun refused to follow blindly, studied hard, reformed the test instrument independently, realized the quantitative verification function, and gave technical guidance to manufacturers without reservation to promote the transformation and upgrading of the test equipment. Under his guidance, the equipment was mass-produced, which promoted the DDL protection test function in the industry to a higher level.

As the golden line of Wuhan subway traffic, Line 2 has capacity bottleneck. In order to overcome this technical difficulty, Sun studied the power supply capacity, protection setting value and equipment performance of switchgear through 44 high-current tests for more than one month, and formed a set of protection setting and test experience for reference and promotion, which provided power supply quality guarantee for "increasing traffic density and shortening traffic interval" of Line 2. This achievement provides a scientific and feasible experimental experience basis for improving the transportation capacity of the whole line, and provides a guarantee basis for guiding and promoting the further improvement and optimization of the transportation capacity of Wuhan Metro, which facilitates passengers' travel and benefits the general public.

As an important equipment of traction power supply system in Wuhan metro, contact rail directly affects the safe operation of metro power supply system and even the whole metro. In view of the accident that the subway in a foreign city was stopped for two days due to contact rail fault, Sun led the research group to conduct extensive research, decided to develop the scheme of temporary support base for contact rail, made a prototype of the contact rail emergency repair base, invented the "temporary support base for contact rail" with completely independent intellectual property rights core technology, and obtained the national patent certificate for utility model. This patented product is the first in China. At present, Wuhan metro has produced 149 sets and applied them to the whole network, which can not only greatly shorten the time of contact rail fault repair, but also meet the demand of Wuhan metro for contact rail repair, and provide reference and practical basis for contact rail repair in other cities, and further improve the level of contact rail repair in urban rail transit in China.

Sun led the skill master studio team to carry out the innovative project "New 750V grounding wire rail end fixture" and won the national utility model patent invention, which greatly improved the work efficiency, reduced the contact resistance and ensured the work safety. At the same time, in order to quickly detect and display the longitudinal and transverse parameters of the contact rail, Sun instructed the studio team to carry out the innovative project of "electronic detection vehicle for contact rail parameters" and obtained the national utility model patent. This product is the first in China to continuously measure the operation data of the contact rail, which greatly improves the work efficiency and won the excellent project award of the second "Workers' Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Wuhan.

The safety and reliability of subway DC system equipment are the basic conditions to ensure the safe operation of subway. In order to find the fault circuit of switchgear control quickly and accurately, Sun summarized the fault experience of DC circuit breakers in Wuhan Metro, compiled a PLC diagnostic program, and developed an "automatic fault detector for DC circuit breakers", which can quickly detect 1 81terminal and 2 16 conductor within1minute. At the same time, the national patent product of utility model designed and produced by him and the environmental control technical team of the studio-"all-in-one machine for descaling and passivation of heat exchangers" has obvious cleaning ability and energy-saving effect, among which Wuhan Metro Lines 2, 3, 4 and 7 will save about 6.5438+0 million kWh of electricity in 2020.
