Why do patent agents have to be qualified in science and engineering?

Because patent technology mainly involves three fields, chemistry (including components, polymers and technology) and electronics (circuit software, etc. ) and machinery, its technology involves science and engineering, and liberal arts can't understand it. As an agent, we need to expand on the basis of understanding technology, even non-professional science and engineering agents may not be able to understand it. Therefore, liberal arts can't understand it.
