How to detect the protein content of soybean?

protein and fat content of different soybean germplasm materials were analyzed by near infrared grain analyzer. The results showed that high and low phosphorus treatments had no significant effect on protein and fat content of soybean seeds. There is a very significant negative correlation between protein and fat content, while there is a very significant positive correlation between protein content and total egg fat. Under the condition of high phosphorus, the "double high" germplasm with total egg fat exceeding 63% accounts for 1419%; Under the condition of low phosphorus, 151.45% of the "Shuanggao" germplasm with total egg fat exceeding 63% will be selected in the future.
