2. Property Right (1) No one may use the intellectual products of the obligee without the legal provisions or the permission of the obligee. (2) For the same intellectual product, two or more intellectual property rights with the same attributes shall not coexist.
3. Regionality only takes legal effect in countries and regions that grant or confirm their rights and is protected by law.
4. Timeliness means that intellectual property rights have a certain period of protection.
