Where an exclusive license is granted, it shall provide an exclusive license agreement (with proof of intellectual property rights and proof of filing) and other procedures for the alteration or transfer of intellectual property rights.

20 13 if there is any change in the application materials for hi-tech, Party A shall assist Party B to provide the changed materials.
High-tech application time and process:
Declaration time: March to September 20th every year, 2-3 times a year in Liaoning Province.
Process: first register in official website-> fill in the materials online->; Prepare binding materials->; On-site submission of materials-> Expert appraisal-> published on the website of the Provincial Science and Technology Department->; Issue a certificate-> tax-free filing of the inland revenue department
