Innovative treatment process of kitchen waste wastewater

In the field of refractory wastewater treatment, we have rich experience in treating wastewater with high salinity and high organic concentration. On the basis of traditional technology, combined with invention patents and experience, our company has created the current kitchen waste wastewater treatment technology.

Traditional process: raw water → demulsification and degreasing → physicochemical coagulation and sedimentation → anaerobic → anoxic/aerobic → disinfection → discharge.

The traditional process has the following disadvantages:

(1) demulsification and oil removal are carried out by adding chemicals, and the oil removal is not complete.

(2) By adding coagulant and coagulant, the removal effect of COD and ammonia nitrogen is poor, and the effect of improving the biodegradability of the back-end biochemical system is not obvious.

(3) Due to the large dosage and sludge, the pretreatment effect is unstable.

(4) The load of biochemical system is high, the efficiency of biochemical system is low, and the equipment, pool, etc. Covers a large area.

(5) There is no advanced treatment process at the back end, and the effluent is unstable, with high chroma, which is difficult to meet the standards, and generally can only barely meet the urban management standards.

Innovative process: raw water →SNW solid-liquid separation equipment → oil separation equipment →FCD pretreatment device → high-efficiency anaerobic → anoxic/aerobic SAO 3 ozone oxidation advanced treatment process → discharge.

On the basis of combining the traditional process, the wastewater treatment process was innovated, and it was verified that the process was safe and reliable, and the treatment effect was stable.

Improvements and innovations have been made in the following aspects:

(1) Kitchen wastewater is produced by garbage pressing, and the pressed water still contains a lot of suspended solids. Using special solid-liquid separation equipment, most of the suspended solids in wastewater are removed first, which lays the foundation for subsequent oil removal.

(2) After the suspended solids in the wastewater are removed by the separator, the secondary task is to remove the oil in the wastewater. The oil is separated by the efficient degreasing equipment designed by our company, and can be used for the extraction of biodiesel after collection.

(3) After removing suspended solids and oil, the difficulty of wastewater treatment is greatly reduced, but the dissolved pollutants such as COD and ammonia nitrogen are still high. The patented technology (FCD pretreatment device) is used to neutralize the excess acid generated by wastewater acidification, and at the same time, the macromolecular organic matter in wastewater is oxidized and decomposed, thus improving the biodegradability of wastewater and removing more than 35% of COD, more than 30% of NH3-N and 20% of TN.

(4) After biochemical treatment, advanced ozone oxidation process is adopted, and the patented materials and ozone are used to oxidize and decompose the residual organic matter in the wastewater, and at the same time, the chromaticity and odor of the wastewater are removed, so as to kill bacteria and viruses and ensure that the wastewater reaches the standard. According to the actual needs, wastewater can be treated to the direct discharge standard or reach the management standard of urban sewage treatment plant stably.
