Ni Zhifu's invention patent

At the beginning of the founding of New China, Ni Zhifu worked as a fitter in Beijing Yongding Machinery Factory. 1953, he invented a "three-pointed and seven-edged" drill with high efficiency, long service life and high quality (high machining accuracy), which solved the key problem of completing emergency tasks at that time and its advanced nature was recognized by the world. Ni Zhifu's invention was immediately named "Ni Zhifu Diamond". The Ministry of Machinery Industry and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions jointly made a decision to promote it nationwide in 1956. According to the different needs of production practice, Ni Zhifu, which strives for perfection, has developed "Nizuan" into a series of drills with different materials and processing requirements, such as steel, cast iron, brass, plate, bakelite, aluminum alloy, blank holes and deep holes. Ni Zhifu's invention was supported by the leaders and colleagues of Yongding Machinery Factory and the scientific and technical personnel of Beijing Institute of Technology. Because of this, Ni Zhifu modestly called "Ni Zhifu bit" "group drilling".

Ni Zhifu Diamond, which came out nearly 50 years ago, lost the right to apply for a patent because of its technological achievements. 200165438+February, Ni Zhifu improved and innovated again, and now it has been confirmed by China National Intellectual Property Administration patent. Ni Zhifu revealed to the press that all the scientific and technological achievements of "Ni Zhifu Diamond" in the past were made public, so he lost the right to apply for a patent. Facing the grim situation after China's entry into WTO, in order to develop China's machinery industry and protect industrial brands, he improved and innovated "Ni Zhifu Drill", and finally obtained the confirmation of the patent right of "multi-pointed and multi-blade group drill" from China people and China National Intellectual Property Administration.
