How to determine image infringement

Legal analysis: To determine whether a picture is infringing, it depends on whether the copyright of the graphic itself has been registered. If it has been registered, it may involve infringement. It also depends on whether the trademark of the picture has been registered. If so, it may involve infringement. Searching for appearance patents can only find the patent number. If the search shows that a patent has been applied for, further use may involve infringement.
