Can Taobao shop appeal when it receives an intellectual property complaint authorized by a physical store?

You can appeal, but it should be specific to the point of the other party's appeal. After all, some goods are managed separately online and offline. Getting the right to operate and sell offline does not mean that you can sell online. Therefore, before you understand the policy, blindly submitting the evidence of appeal may have the risk of losing the case.

If you have any objection to the infringement punishment, you can appeal in the following two ways:

Path 1: Go to "My Taobao"-"I am the seller"-"Report Management" and make a complaint (make a complaint within 3 working days after the complaint is established, if it is overdue, please make a complaint through Path 2).

Path 2: If you can't find the online complaint portal, you can send the complainant's member name, complained content and relevant vouchers to the infringement complaint mailbox for complaint, and Taobao staff will review it within 5-7 working days after receiving it.
