If you have any objection to the infringement punishment, you can appeal in the following two ways:
Path 1: Go to "My Taobao"-"I am the seller"-"Report Management" and make a complaint (make a complaint within 3 working days after the complaint is established, if it is overdue, please make a complaint through Path 2).
Path 2: If you can't find the online complaint portal, you can send the complainant's member name, complained content and relevant vouchers to the infringement complaint mailbox for complaint, and Taobao staff will review it within 5-7 working days after receiving it.
