1. Drawings can be in various forms
(1) For inventions and creations in the mechanical field, various views can be used to reflect the shape and structure of the product;
(2) For inventions and creations in the electrical field, they can be circuit diagrams, block diagrams, and schematic diagrams;
(3) For inventions and creations in the chemical field, they can use chemical structural formulas as accompanying drawings;
( 4) For method inventions, the accompanying drawing may be a process flow diagram showing each step of the method.
2. Requirements for drawings
(1) The drawings should comply with the national standards for mechanical drawing, that is, drawing tools (or computer drawing) should be used, drawn with black ink, and the lines should be uniform. The drawings should be clear, without coloring, without borders around the drawings, and do not use pencils and round pens to draw, but the attached drawings do not need to be marked with proportions and size data.
(2) The size and clarity of the attached drawings should ensure that when the drawing is reduced to 4*6 cm, each detail in the drawing can still be clearly distinguished and meet the requirements of photographic plate making;

(3) Several drawings of the same patent application can be drawn on the same special format paper, numbered sequentially with Arabic numerals, and expressed in the form of "Picture ××".
(4) If the same patent application has multiple pages of drawings, Arabic numerals should be used to write page numbers consecutively;
(5) The reference signs used in the same patent application must be consistent. Marks not mentioned in the description shall not appear in the drawings;
(6) The drawings shall not contain other annotations except necessary words.
(7) Drawing of abstract drawings: If there are drawings in the description, a drawing selected from the drawings in the description that best illustrates the technical features should be submitted separately as a separate drawing. The size and clarity of the drawings attached to the abstract should ensure that when the drawing is reduced to 4 × 6 cm, each detail in the drawing can still be clearly distinguished.
