Third, the solution to the inverter failure of the cold heading machine
(1) When the inverter dedicated for the cold heading machine fails, its protection function will automatically run, the inverter will trip immediately, the motor will stop from running state, and the alarm indicates that the red LED will start flashing, and the LCD part will prompt the alarm information code or fault content.
(2) At this time, the fault range of the inverter can be analyzed and judged according to the information code. If it is a soft fault, the inverter can be reset after power failure. If it can't return to normal, it can only be initialized manually or automatically. After the initialization is normal, the data will be re-entered and set according to the parameter table.
(3) The special frequency converter for the cold heading machine can be restored to normal use with minor faults. If the inverter still does not operate normally after the above operations, it is necessary to check the damaged parts of the inverter according to the fault phenomenon and replace the components or circuit boards. Trouble-finding must be carried out according to the prompt order of frequency converter.
4. Troubleshooting of the braking system of the cold heading machine
(1) After the loader brakes, the brake pedal is lifted, and all or some wheels still produce braking effect, which causes the brake disc to be hot and weak, commonly known as "braking does not return", so check the connection and fastening of various parts of the brake regularly.
(2) After the cold pier machine is used for a long time, there will be oil dirt, carbon deposit, sediment and rust inside. When stepping on the brake pedal, the position is very low, and when stepping on the pedal continuously, the pedal can gradually rise, but the reaction force is small and the braking effect is not good, indicating that there is air in the brake oil pipe or brake cylinder, which should be eliminated. When the brake pedal is depressed, the air pressure is normal and the brake pedal does not move, indicating that the piston of the brake control valve is stuck.
(3) Disassemble the brake valve for maintenance or replacement. The piston of the booster cylinder is stuck or the sealing ring is damaged, and the output brake fluid oil quantity and pressure are reduced. The brake oil pipe is broken or the oil pipe joint leaks oil, which reduces the amount and pressure of brake fluid entering the brake cylinder.
(4) The pedal position is very low when stepping on the brake pedal, and the pedal gradually rises when stepping on the pedal again, but the brake pedal is weak and the braking effect is not good, indicating that there is air in the brake system, which should be eliminated.
(5) When the brake pedal is lifted, the piston in the pneumatic brake valve cuts off the high-pressure gas channel, and at the same time, the gas in the valve is communicated with the atmosphere. The afterburner pump set is reset under the action of spring force, which reduces the pressure of brake oil in the brake pipeline, thus releasing the brake of the wheel.
