1, appearance
Continuous supply: the external ink bottle independent of the printer makes the ink in the external ink bottle pressurized and sucked into the sponge in the ink cartridge body through the conduit, occupying the external space, which is unsightly and annoying.
Continuous jet ink cartridge: modified from original ink cartridge or old ink cartridge that has just been used up. Like the original ink cartridge, it can be perfectly placed in the printer, without blocking or ink leakage, which will not affect the beauty of the machine or the quality assurance of the machine.
2. Blockage phenomenon
Continuous ink supply: Without changing the working principle of the ink cartridge itself, the ink cartridge is externally connected with a conduit for conveying ink, and the ink is sucked into the sponge of the ink cartridge through the pressurization of the ink cartridge and dripped into the nozzle for printing. The general ink on the market is far less soluble than the original ink cartridge. When not printing, the printer does not pressurize the ink cartridge, and ink cannot enter the sponge of the ink cartridge, let alone the nozzle. In addition, the ink cartridge and the external ink supply bottle are ventilated, so air can easily enter and dry after entering.
Continuous jet ink box: take out the sponge from the original ink box and inject it into the developed special soluble ink. Ink directly wets the nozzle. The ink cartridge is completely closed and not in contact with air. The nozzle will never dry up and will not be blocked. When the printer prints, it sends a pressure command to the ink cartridge, and the ink is directly ejected from the nozzle. Step 3 Move and carry
Continuous supply: The continuous supply system is the external equipment of the printer. The ink cartridges and ink bottles of the continuous supply system must be connected and communicated through conduits and must be on the same horizontal plane. If the external ink bottle exceeds the horizontal height of the printer ink box, the atmospheric pressure will make the ink flow into the ink box and overflow, so the printer and the continuous ink supply system must be kept on the same level when moving and transporting. Continuous jet ink cartridge: the appearance is no different from the original ink cartridge. It is installed inside the printer without any external accessories. 4. Stability
Continuous supply: ink is supplied to the ink cartridge through the ink delivery conduit. When printing, the ink cartridge trolley moves left and right to drive the conduit. If it trips slightly, there will be faults such as poor contact and printing interruption, which will cause the printer to stop.
Continuous jet ink cartridge: it is installed in the printer like the original ink cartridge, and there will be no faults such as poor contact and printing disconnection, and the printing effect is the same as that of the original ink cartridge.
5, print quantity
Continuous supply: the printer settings have not changed, and the printer still counts.
