Cheng Peng, male, was born in 1964, nanbu county, Sichuan. 1986 Graduated from Chengdu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and stayed in Chinese Medicine Research Room to engage in pharmacological research of Chinese medicine. 1990- 1996 studied for master's degree and doctor's degree in traditional Chinese medicine in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and worked in the experimental animal research center of the school after graduation. In the same year, he was promoted to associate researcher and master tutor. 1999 promoted to researcher and doctoral supervisor. In 2003, he served as Director of Science and Technology Department, and in 2006, he served as Dean of College of Pharmacy. 20 10 served as vice president of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine and dean of pharmaceutical college. He is currently a member of the expert evaluation team of the 10th and 11th Life Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation, an expert in the evaluation of agricultural industrialization projects of the Ministry of Finance, an expert in the evaluation and consultation of new drugs of the US Food and Drug Administration, an expert in the consultation and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in state administration of traditional chinese medicine, an expert in the expert database of the National High-tech Research and Development Plan (863 Plan) and an expert in the expert database of science and technology awards of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has been to the United States, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong and other places for academic exchanges and visits. Personal experience is mainly engaged in animal models of diseases, pharmacological and toxicological research of traditional Chinese medicine compounds and development of new Chinese medicine. He has been responsible for more than 20 national "973" projects, national "Tenth Five-Year Plan" projects, national key natural science foundation projects, national basic science talent training fund projects and national new drug fund projects. Won 1 World Excellent Achievement Award of Traditional Chinese Medicine (person in charge), 1 National Science and Technology Progress Award (sub-research), 1 National Science and Technology Progress Award of Traditional Chinese Medicine (person in charge), 2 first prizes of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award (person in charge) and 3 second prizes (person in charge 1, main prize). He was awarded 1997 the first batch of "academic and technical leaders in Sichuan province", 1998 the title of "outstanding experts with outstanding contributions in Sichuan province", 1999 the winner of "funding plan for key teachers in colleges and universities" and "Sichuan outstanding youth fund" by the Ministry of Education. In 2000, he was awarded the title of "Top Ten Young Teachers in Sichuan Province", the subsidy from the State Council Government in 20001year, the title of "National Excellent Educator" in 2002, the 6th Youth Science and Technology Award in 2003, the academic and technical leader in Sichuan Province in 2004 and the 12th "Outstanding Youth in Sichuan Province" in 2005.
