Successive leaders of Beijing Institute of Labor Protection Science

1. Li Wenyi

was born in Wuhan, Hubei Province in p>193. From 1955 to 1959, he served as the director of labor insurance institute.

I graduated from Hubei Women's Normal School in p>1924. In 1926, he joined the China * * * Production Party and engaged in the movement of democracy and women's liberation. In 1945, he was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the NLD and deputy director of the Women's Committee. He is the first, second and third members of the Standing Committee of the NLD and the fourth and fifth vice-chairmen. In September, 1949, he was elected as the representative of the first meeting of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and was elected as the member, standing committee member and deputy secretary-general of the third, fifth, sixth and seventh Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Deputies to the first to third National People's Congress. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as deputy director of the General Office of the Ministry of Labor of the Central People's Government, deputy director of the Department of Labor Protection, member of the Standing Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman of the NLD Central Committee, the first Standing Committee of the All-China Women's Federation, and vice chairman of the European and American Alumni Association. He died in May 1997.

2. Di Zuozhi

was born in Shenze, Hebei Province in p>1914. From 1959 to 1969, he concurrently served as the director of labor insurance institute.

in early p>1937, he joined the Anti-Japanese National Salvation Movement, and in 1938, he joined the China * * * Production Party. Before liberation, he successively served as the county magistrate of dingnan county, the head of Beichen District of Tianjin and the director of Nanjing Labor Bureau. Participated in many battles such as the Battle of Pingjin and the Battle of Crossing the River. After liberation, he served as deputy director, acting director of the Labor Protection Department of the Ministry of Labor of the Central People's Government, consultant of the Labor Bureau of the Ministry of Labor, and concurrently director of the Labor Protection Science Research Institute. He died in April 1993.

3. Li Ligui

was born in Shenze, Hebei. Before liberation, he participated in democratic liberation movements such as the Battle of Datong. From 197 to 1978, he served as the leader of the revolutionary leading group of labor insurance institute. Later, he was transferred to the Deputy Director of the Boiler Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Labor. Has now passed away.

4. Zhao Ming

was born in Wuji County, Hebei Province in p>192. Since 196, he has served as the deputy director of the labor insurance institute, and from August 1978 to 1983, he served as the director of the labor insurance institute.

I studied at the School of Literature and Art of North China Associated University. In 1937, he began to engage in revolutionary activities, and successively served as the director of the Youth Anti-Japanese Salvation Association of Wuji County, Hebei Province, the secretary of the printing plant of Jinchaji Daily, the secretary of Taiyuan Municipal Committee and Shanxi Provincial Committee. In 1953, he studied in the labor protection research class taught by Soviet experts in the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and served as deputy head of the policy research office of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and director of the labor protection exhibition hall.

5. Che Rongdian

Senior engineer, born in Zhenhai, Zhejiang Province in 193. From December 1983 to 1989, he served as the director of labor insurance institute.

Graduated from Harbin Foreign Languages College, and went to the Soviet Union for study in 1953-1954. Before liberation, he was an accountant of Hankou China Domestic Products Company. After liberation, he served as a cadre of the National Federation of Trade Unions, the Labor Protection Exhibition Hall, the Labor Insurance Institute of the Ministry of Labor and the director of the Beijing Labor Insurance Institute. He also served as the executive director of China Labor Protection Science and Technology Society, the director of the National Science and Technology Policy Research Association, and the vice chairman of the Beijing Science Research Association. He has won many provincial and ministerial honorary certificates, published 14 papers in national and local academic conferences and periodicals, co-published 5 translated books and edited 2 textbooks.

6. Huang Chongyi

Researcher, born in Duchang, Jiangxi Province in 1934, served as the director of labor insurance institute from 1989 to 1991.

graduated from Lanzhou University, majoring in physical chemistry. In 1984, he was transferred from the Institute of Chemical Metallurgy of Chinese Academy of Sciences to the Institute of Labor Protection, mainly engaged in the research of occupational safety and environmental protection monitoring instruments based on the research of chemical sensors. Published 14 academic papers and translations, and obtained 16 scientific and technological achievements appraised at all levels. Won many scientific and technological awards from Beijing and the Ministry of Labor, and compiled many national standards.

7. Liu Lianxiang

Senior engineer, born in Tianjin in 194, served as the director of labor insurance institute from 1992 to April 1994. Graduated from Nankai University in Zoology, enjoying the special post of Beijing Municipal Government. Member of the Ninth Committee of Beijing Xuanwu District Political Consultative Conference. Mainly engaged in environmental protection and individual protection research and scientific and technological management. He has presided over and completed a number of provincial and ministerial scientific research projects as the backbone. He has won many provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievement awards from Beijing, CAAC and National Bureau of Standards. He presided over the compilation of many national standards and published many academic papers.

8. Hui Ding

researcher, special allowance expert of the State Council. Born in Beijing in 1961, he served as the director of labor insurance institute from 1994 to July 24.

Graduated from Tsinghua University Department of Electronics. In 1987, he obtained a master's degree in safety technology and engineering. He has been a visiting scholar in data transfer unit and studied at Warwick University in England. He is currently the president of Beijing Academy of Science and Technology. Mainly engaged in public security, risk management, urban regional risk assessment and other aspects of research. He served as vice chairman of China Occupational Safety and Health Association, vice chairman of China Analysis and Testing Association, executive director of China Sound Society, expert of safety production theory expert group of State Administration of Work Safety, member of expert committee of China Security Products Industry Association and member of professional standardization technical committee of Ministry of Public Security. Won more than 1 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards, 1 invention patent and 5 utility models. Participated in examining and approving many national and local standards such as national safety production, labor protection and image information monitoring, and published more than 7 academic papers and more than 1 monographs.
