Top structure: the transmission mechanism of quick soft curtain door (quick shutter door) is installed in the cabinet at the top of the door opening. The end plate is provided with mounting seats and mounting holes for mounting drum bearings, driving motors and components of the balance system, and the surface of the steel plate is painted in the color required by customers. The reel is installed in the cabinet and consists of a reel, a shaft end and a bearing seat. Guide box: The guide box is made of 2mm-thick galvanized steel plate, which stands on both sides of the door opening and is fixed on the wall, while the chassis is placed on the top of the guide box and fixed with bolts. Sealing tops are fixed on both sides of the guide groove of the guide groove box to ensure certain sealing requirements. The installation position of the infrared monitor is reserved at the height of about 1m from the ground at the bottom of the guide box. The guide box is sprayed with plastic, the same color as the chassis. The brush inside the guide groove abuts against the door curtain to prevent the door curtain from leaving the guide groove, so that when the car hits the door, the door curtain will leave the guide groove, thus preventing the door from being damaged. Curtains: Curtains are made in sections, each section is about 700 mm high, and each section is connected into a whole curtain by special aluminum windbreak strips. The curtain thickness is 1.2mm, which has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance and difficult puncture. You can also use the transparent PVC material with δ=2mm as curtains or some transparent PVC materials as curtains, so that you can observe the situation on both sides of the soft curtain door. The bottom of the curtain is provided with an aluminum bottom beam, and the top of the curtain of the anti-collision soft bag is fixed on the roller through screws and layering. Driving device: the rotating shaft of the soft curtain door is directly driven by the decelerating motor. According to the requirements of vertical speed, the decelerators with different speed ratios are selected to achieve the required vertical speed, which can reach more than 80 cm/s at the earliest. The control circuit adopts frequency conversion control to make the curtain cloth start and stop slowly during operation, and automatically stop when the curtain cloth is in place and stop moving during operation. Control: The soft curtain door is equipped with a control box, which can be operated "on", "off" and the other wall of the control box can be provided with control buttons to be operated "on", "off". Remote control operation, radar detection or geomagnetic induction can be selected as required to automatically open and close the door, and infrared monitoring devices are installed on both sides of the door opening. When an obstacle passes through the door opening when the door body moves, the curtain movement will stop or return to the door opening state.
