Zhu Qinsheng's Scientific Research Contribution

During his tenure as a researcher at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, * * * published more than 1 10 academic papers, including international first-class magazines phys.rev.b, 28 appl.phys.lett, 12 j.appl.phys, Crystal Growth &；; Design 1, crystengcomm2; Apply for national invention patents 13, of which 5 were authorized; Undertake and participate in scientific research projects 15, including 4 scientific research projects as project leaders and1/as academic backbone.
