What does u.t.m mean in Chilean patent law?

Chile lies on the west side of the Andes. When a volcano erupts, the gas separated from volcanic ash and magma can drift to Argentina with the west wind (northwest wind), affecting Argentina. Although blocked by the Andes, these volcanic ash and gas can rise to a very high level in the atmosphere, and they can still cross the Andes and affect Argentina.
