Basic indicators: it consists of four items: legally stable residence, legally stable employment, education level and age status;
Bonus index: it consists of six items: technical ability, innovation and entrepreneurship, specific occupation and service, social service and public welfare, tax payment, recognition and reward;
Deduction index: it consists of credit status, violation of laws and regulations and criminal offences.
The total score of the applicant is equal to the basic index score plus the positive index score, minus the negative index score.
