The access speed of patent retrieval and inquiry service has been greatly improved since the revision of 20 13, and it can also provide four different service modules. 1. On-line time of patent retrieval and service system (public part): 20 1 1 April 26th; Services: patent retrieval and patent analysis; Search function: general search, table search, summary browsing, detailed browsing, batch downloading, etc. Data range: including patent data of 103 countries, regions and organizations. The data update cycle of patent retrieval and service system is divided into China patent data, foreign patent data, citation, family and legal status. China patent data: updated every Saturday, 10 day after the date of publication; Foreign patent data: updated every Wednesday; Reference data: updated monthly; Homologous data: updated every Tuesday; Legal status data: updated every Tuesday. This service module mainly provides related search of patent technology, and can read and download the full text of patent online. 2. The service module of China Patent Inquiry System can provide the inquiry of patent examination process, but no relevant examination documents can be seen. The reading and copying of examination documents shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of China's patent law and its detailed rules for implementation. 3.
