How to cut the iron duct elbow?

How to blank the elbow of iron air duct;

1. Two people must cooperate. One person tore open the insulation pipe shell, wrapped it on the pipe and squeezed it with both hands. The other person will wrap the insulating shell, and when wrapping the iron sheet, the force should be even, the stubble should be flat and the thickness should be consistent.

2. The iron sheet shall be installed from bottom to top, and the lap joint shall be riveted with 3× 1.20 mm galvanized rivets. Shape of tank top and pipeline, such as elbow, tee, reducer, etc. , should be cured after heat preservation.

3. Features: smooth interface, firm fixation, uniform lap width and beautiful appearance.

A set of white iron processing machinery is needed for metal external protection blanking processing. So as to ensure the beauty of heat preservation and external protection processing. The elbow of the pipeline is processed into a shrimp bend, and the valve is made into an incubator, which is beautiful and easy to disassemble. The external protection is fixed with core-pulling aluminum rivets with a spacing of about 200 mm. The installed metal external sheath should be firm, beautiful and waterproof.

Manufacturing requirements of iron air duct:

1 Hangers, flanges and reinforcing frames of tinned air ducts must be thoroughly derusted until the surface oxide layer is removed.

2)? Flange bolt spacing requirements:

3)? For ventilation and air conditioning systems, the spacing should be less than or equal to120 mm.

4)? For smoke exhaust system, the distance between tin pipes should be less than100 mm.

5)? The flange bolt on the corner shall not be more than 50 mm away from the flange edge. ..

6)? All hangers shall be deburred and drilled, and oxygen shall not be used to blow holes.

7)? If the suspenders overlap, the overlapping length should be greater than 60mm.

8)? The bite seam of tinned air duct should be staggered, and there can be no cross-shaped flat-fell seam.

9)? The control of iron wind should start from the interface, elbow and reducing joint, and the dimensions of elbow and reducing joint should not be changed at will. The inner and outer surfaces of the elbow should be concentric circles, otherwise guide vanes should be set when the side length is longer than 500MM, which is generally not allowed.

10)? When the length of rectangular iron air duct is greater than 630, the length of thermal insulation iron air duct is greater than 800, and the length of pipe section is greater than 1250MM, a reinforcing frame should be set.

1 1)? A single plane area greater than 1.2M2 shall be provided with a reinforced frame.

12)? The flat area on one side of the smoke exhaust iron duct is greater than 1M2, and reinforcement measures should be taken.

13)? When the diameter of circular tin-plated air duct is less than 800 or the length of air duct is greater than 1250 or the total surface area is greater than 4M2, reinforcement measures should be taken.

14)? No reinforcing frame shall be set in the tinned air duct to avoid blocking the air flow.

15)? Rivets with core pulling shall not be installed on flanges and reinforcing frames, and rivets shall have anti-corrosion measures (such as zinc plating).

16)? When the side length is less than or equal to 300, the diagonal deviation of the rectangular flange shall not be greater than 2MM;; When the side length is greater than 300, it shall not be greater than 3 mm, and the difference between any two orthogonal diameters of circular flange shall not be greater than 2 mm..

17)? The surface of tinned air duct shall be smooth without warping, the allowable deviation of nozzle flatness shall be no more than 2MM, and the arc shall be full without obvious distortion. The bite should be tight and even in width.

18)? The allowable deviation of flange flatness should be less than 2MM, and the flange screw holes processed in the same batch should be interchangeable.

19)? Flanging should be smooth, close to the flange, uniform width, no holes and cracks.

20)? The flange of tinned air duct should be straight and the bending degree should not be greater than 5/ 1000. Flange and tinned air duct should be close to each other, and there should be no penetration gap greater than 2MM.

2 1)? The same batch of tinned air ducts with various specifications shall be numbered after production, and there shall be no single semi-finished product.
