In order to make the scientific research work of the College develop steadily, rapidly and orderly, standardize the management of scientific research work, make full use of scientific research information and resources, and further form a good mechanism in which teaching is the center and teaching and scientific research promote each other, the following interim measures are formulated.

(2) Collect the scientific research achievements of faculty and staff in our college by time, by category and systematically, and make statistical analysis, so as to provide relevant information accurately and effectively for the college and the higher authorities.
(3) The comprehensive collection, systematic arrangement, archiving and preservation of scientific research achievements, and the establishment of management regulations such as file transfer, file filing and confidentiality are powerful measures to effectively and fully utilize scientific research resources and implement the transformation of scientific research achievements.
II. Principles of scientific research archives management
(1) The scientific research archives of our hospital are filed at the second level of the institute and the branch, and are managed by the scientific research office.
(2) Every branch (department) shall submit a copy of the documents to the Scientific Research Office. The scientific research department is responsible for the collection, collation and analysis of scientific research files in the whole hospital. Each branch (department) is responsible for the filing management of scientific research achievements of this branch (department).
(3) Scientific research achievements are mainly based on the preservation of original materials, with at least copies of the achievements.
(4) We should try our best to set up a filing project according to the characteristics of the unit by time, classification and object, so as to make it complete, clear, concise and easy to check.
(5) Considering the changes of archives, it is necessary to implement the file management mode of combining static and dynamic, and constantly modify and enrich the original files during the year. At the end of the year, it is necessary to comprehensively sort out and check them and file them for static storage. Any modification can only be carried out after strict examination and approval procedures.
(6) The management of scientific research archives should follow the principle of confidentiality. All confidential scientific research achievements must go through strict examination and approval procedures before they can be read or borrowed, and lending is prohibited in principle.

(3) Archives of scientific research achievements
1. Manuscripts or printed products of self-made teaching materials, experimental teaching materials and experimental reports with certain academic value.
2. Copies of published works, translations or major parts.
3. Copies of papers and articles published in various newspapers and periodicals at home and abroad (including publication cover, catalogue, English catalogue, text, English abstract and back cover).
4. Copies of papers published at various academic conferences at or above the provincial level.

iv. archiving requirements and procedures
(1) archiving materials are collected and provided by individuals or project team leaders. The materials must be authentic and reliable, and it is best to provide original materials.
(2) archive materials shall be of good paper quality and legible handwriting. It is forbidden to write with pencils, ballpoint pens and carbon paper, and the paper specifications shall be 16-carat (or A4) writing paper.
(3) The filing materials must be systematically sorted once a year, and a series of storage units should be formed according to volumes, volumes, bags and boxes, and the cover logo should be affixed, and the filing preface or filing instructions should be written by relevant personnel.
(4) archive one general achievement and two important ones that are frequently used.
(5) The scientific research archive materials of the College shall be filed after being audited by the first person in charge of the Scientific Research Department; Branch (Department) of scientific research materials by the branch (Department) director of the audit after filing.
(6) files should be properly kept to prevent leakage and loss.
V. Archives management and handover
(1) Archives are not only for preservation, but more importantly for utilization. To give full play to the application function of scientific research archives, archivists should try their best to meet and facilitate the needs of users.
(2) Archives mainly serve the teachers and staff in the school, and are generally closed to the public.
(3) file shifting or borrowing must be approved by the leader of the competent department before going through the file shifting or borrowing procedures, and it will be returned quickly within the specified time without delay.
(4) No matter what causes leakage or loss of facts, the relevant personnel shall be investigated for responsibility and given necessary treatment.
(5) The administrative leaders and specific staff should be assigned to be responsible for the archives management at the hospital and branch (department) levels. When the competent leader or staff changes, they must perform the handover procedures and file the handover procedures signed by both parties for future reference.
