EBC-patented technology of electron beam surface curing for Si Qian plate in the Netherlands.

Many seemingly smooth and seamless surfaces we see every day are actually not seamless. The figure shows an enlarged view of these surfaces under the electron microscope. It can be seen that white fiber is actually a crack that we can't see with the naked eye, but it does exist.

Because these cracks, bacteria and dust can easily accumulate inside, curtain walls such as aluminum plates can not be cleaned even if the surfaces are scrubbed hard.

Electron beam surface curing (EBC) is a patented technology of Si Qian Plate Company. The surface of Si Qian plate is treated by double electron beam rays, and the treated surface is dense and nonporous.

In this way, bacteria and dust can't hide in, and at most a little bit will adhere to the surface. After rain washing and a little manual wiping, the building will be completely new.

The earliest Si Qian slab project in China was built in 1998. In the past ten years, Si Qian board has not been cleaned, and the surface of the board is still clean.
